{"id":41,"date":"2023-04-04T14:00:31","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T12:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.patissier79.fr\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2025-08-05T20:42:59","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T18:42:59","slug":"sylvain-favreliere","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.patissier79.fr\/index.php\/sylvain-favreliere\/","title":{"rendered":"Sylvain FAVRELIERE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A propos de notre P\u00e2tissier Sylvain FAVRELIERE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:46% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.patissier79.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Favreliere-sylvain-697x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-185 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originaire de Noirterre dans les<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/rtWo1YraZW5GHLg46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> Deux-<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/rtWo1YraZW5GHLg46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">S\u00e8vres<\/a>, Sylvain Favreli\u00e8re, 30 ans, a commenc\u00e9 par passer son CAP p\u00e2tissier et bac professionnel en boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie en 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puis son CAP chocolatier en Vend\u00e9e \u00e0 la Maison Planchot chez deux meilleurs ouvriers de France: Dominique et Thomas Planchot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayant l\u2019envie de voyager, il d\u00e9cide \u00e0 la fin de son apprentissage en 2014 de partir en Australie prendre un poste de chef p\u00e2tissier \u00e0 Melbourne chez Marc Frissard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2015, il revient dans la r\u00e9gion pour exercer le poste de Chef p\u00e2tissier \u00e0 Niort \u00e0 la Maison Flu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2019, se lan\u00e7ant un nouveau d\u00e9fi, il rejoint la brigade de cuisine pour l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019Alexandra Palace \u00e0 Mazi\u00e8re en G\u00e2tine, o\u00f9 il occupa le poste de chef P\u00e2tissier durant quatre ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2023, toujours avide de nouveaux d\u00e9fis Sylvain Favreliere d\u00e9cide de cr\u00e9\u00e9 sa propre p\u00e2tisserie afin de pouvoir proposer en priorit\u00e9 aux particuliers des desserts gastronomique \u00e0 des prix accessible pour tous. <br><br>Au plaisir de pouvoir d\u00e9guster <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patissier79.fr\/index.php\/boutique\/\">nos produits<\/a> !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A propos de notre P\u00e2tissier Sylvain FAVRELIERE Originaire de Noirterre dans les Deux-S\u00e8vres, Sylvain Favreli\u00e8re, 30 ans, a commenc\u00e9 par passer son CAP p\u00e2tissier et bac professionnel en boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie en 2009.
